The terms under which Tutor Grade Consultancy provides its services.
1. Services
Tutor Grade Consultancy provides educational consultancy, tuition and academic guidance for GCSE students, delivered in person in Northampton and online across the UK.
2. Bookings and consultations
Initial consultations are free and carry no obligation. Tuition begins only once a plan and schedule have been agreed in writing.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are confirmed following your consultation and vary by level, subject and format. Payment terms will be set out clearly before any sessions commence.
4. Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Specific notice periods and any charges will be detailed in your service agreement.
5. Results
While we are proud of our track record, individual results depend on many factors including student engagement. We do not guarantee specific grades.
